The mandate has changed

Capacity built the first GCCs. Ownership defines GCC 2.0

The first generation of centers won on cost and talent. Both are now table stakes. What separates a strategic center is what it owns, the products, platforms, data and AI that decide how the enterprise competes. We build the operating model, the working technology and the staged plan that moves a center from the left of this page to the right.
The capacity-led center
One center executes the work it is given. The enterprise measures it on volume
Tasks and projects arrive through handoffs. Growth means hiring, tools arrive after setup, and success reads as utilization and SLAs. Reliable, and rarely strategic.
Where most centers start. Not where they have to stay.
GCC 2.0, outcome owned and AI enabled
One center owns products, platforms, data and AI. The enterprise measures it on outcomes
AI, data, cloud and governance built in at setup. Product-aligned teams and shared accountability. Capability and productivity grow faster than headcount. Measured on speed, quality, adoption and business outcomes.

The four paths

Choose the path that matches where your center stands

01

Modernize & Innovate

Move AI from pilots into production without destabilizing delivery. Governed agents are engineered into live workflows, on a readiness baseline and value-pool roadmap.

02

Design & Build

Launch a working technology organization with governance live from day one. AI-enabled knowledge transition compresses the ramp so first delivery lands in weeks.

03

Operate & Scale

Grow an existing center into capabilities the enterprise depends on. AI-instrumented quality, cost and governance measures show exactly where to scale next.

04

AI-First Cloud Transformation

Decide what your center should own before you build it. You leave with a launch-ready blueprint, engagement model and 90-day plan, with AI and data readiness assessed before the first decision.

Choose how you build and own

Match the model to your need for speed, control and transfer

Three axes decide the structure. Set them, and the model follows.
Talk through the models with us →

Build-Operate-Transfer

We build and run the center, then hand it over on agreed milestones. Speed first, control on your schedule, transfer terms set upfront.

Assisted Captive Centers

The center is yours from day one. We build and operate it under your ownership, and stay on wherever you want engineering depth.

Hybrid

Own the capabilities that matter and partner where it moves faster, with everything under one governance frame and one measure of value.

JV (Joint Venture)

Share ownership, investment and upside from day one in a jointly governed center, built for long partnerships measured in enterprise value.

The AI-native operating layer

The AI-native operating layer

We run AI inside the center on ALTi AIOS™, five layers: Experiences, Context, Orchestration, Governance and Substrate. In practice that means engineers working alongside governed agents, enterprise knowledge those agents reuse, and delivery your teams can observe and audit.
The capacity-led center

GCC 2.0, powered by ALTi AIOS™

Five layers that carry AI from pilot to production.
Layer 01

Experiences

Design how people and agents work together.
Design how people and agents work together.
Layer 02

Context

Connect enterprise knowledge, data and meaning.
Knowledge agents can find and reuse
Layer 03

Orchestration

Coordinate models, agents, tools and humans.
Whole workflows running in production
Layer 04

Governance

Control identity, policy, risk, evaluation and audit.
AI that passes risk and audit review
Layer 05

Substrate

Provide cloud, LLMOps, DevSecOps and reliability.
A production foundation that holds at scale

From no India presence to 150 engineers shipping in six weeks

A US fintech running payment processing and commerce platforms had no India presence and no time to build one the usual way. The mandate was blunt. Stand up a secure center, staff it past 150 engineers, and make it AI-first before the first sprint, not after.

We opened a secure ODC and ran the knowledge transition through AI tooling instead of shadowing rotations, so incoming engineers learned the codebase from the codebase. Engineering leadership was seeded early to take the center over, and the client kept hiring into it once delivery held steady. The client is anonymized, identity on file.
